Ghostface Killah and Badbadnotgood announce album

'Sour Soul' due for release this February

Ghostface Killah and Badbadnotgood have announced they are to release the collaboration album ‘Sour Soul’.

Having already put out the single ‘Six Degrees’ in May, The Source reports that the Wu-Tang rapper and Toronto-based trio will now release a full-length LP, due out on February 17, 2015.

A new song from the joint project has also been released. ‘Gunshowers’ features a guest verse from former Slum Village rapper Elzhi. Scroll down to listen to the track.

Badbadnotgood – which consists of musicians Matthew Tavares, Alexander Sowinski and Chester Hansen – took to Twitter to add to the news, calling the opportunity to work with Ghost “an honour”.

The Staten Island MC will feature on Wu-Tang’s upcoming album ‘A Better Tomorrow’, which is due for release on December 2. A number of tracks from the record will also released on a limited-edition portable speaker, only 3,000 of which will be manufactured.
