Wu-Tang Clan rapper has hit back at Shkreli in his own diss video
Ghostface Killah has slammed controversial pharmaceutical CEO Martin Shkreli following comments he made on a US radio station.
Their feud began when Shkreli bought ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin’, a one-of-a-kind Wu Tang Clan album, for $2m in December.
Ghostface then branded Shkreli a “shithead” for not sharing the record with the public, also criticising his decision to raise the price of AIDS drug Daraprim.
In retaliation, Shkreli hit back at the rapper in a video, which saw him surrounded by three masked men as he threatened to erase Ghostface’s contributions on ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin’.
He then hit out at the rapper again during an interview on US radio station Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, where he threatened to “smack” the rapper “right in the face”.
Ghostface – real name Dennis Coles – has since responded to Shkreli, with the rapper joined by his mother and sister in his own diss video, poking fun at Shkreli’s clip featuring the three masked men.
Referring to their beef as ‘Ghost vs. Peter Pan’, he goes on to call Shkreli “a fake ass supervillain,” adding: “He ain’t got a real bone in his body.” The star also branded him “the man with the 12-year-old body.”
“If you was my son, I’d whip your ass,” says the rapper’s sister. “What you’re doing is so, so foul.”
“You wicked boy,” adds Ghostface’s mother. “How was you raised?”
Shrekli has since taken to Twitter to demand a proper apology from the rapper, while also making a joke of the fact he included his mother in the clip.
