Standard weekend passes for the Worthy Farm bash will go on sale on October 5
Tickets for Glastonbury 2015 will go on sale on October 5, festival organisers have announced.
Standard weekend tickets for the event will go on sale at 9am (BST) on Sunday, October 5. As in previous years, those wishing to attend the festival will need to pay a £50 deposit per person, online at glastonbury.seetickets.com. The full price of a Glastonbury 2015 ticket is £220 + £5 booking fee and festival goers can buy up to six tickets at a time.
Fans wanting to attend the 2015 event will need to have registered in advance of tickets going on sale at www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk
Earlier this summer, NME.COM users voted for Oasis as the band they would most like to see headline Glastonbury next year.
Closely following the Manchester band on the list was David Bowie while Foo Fighters, Muse and Fleetwood Mac all ranked highly.
This year’s festival saw performances from Arcade Fire, Metallica and Kasabian.
