It’s a Maggot homecoming

Goldie Lookin Chain have announced a very special show to their upcoming UK tour.

The band will play ‘The Maggot Homecoming Spectacular’ on March 1 at Newport City Live Arena to welcome their band member back to his hometown after his current stint in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.

Tickets for the gig go on general sale on Monday, and cost £12.50.

Goldie Lookin Chain’s UK tour kicks off with their headlining ShockWaves NME Awards 2006 Show at the London Astoria on February 15.

The tour also includes four rescheduled shows in late March with Feeder.

For the band’s Liverpool gig on St Valentine’s Day, Goldie Lookin Chain will be letting fans propose to their partners from the stage.

Would-be brides and grooms should contact the group’s tour manager on the day by going to the t-shirt stall and telling staff the password: “I want to Feel the Love”.
