Guillemots set to busk for War Child at Wilderness Festival

Oxfordshire festival has officially partnered with international charity

Wilderness Festival have announced that they have partnered with international charity War Child.

The festival, which takes place on August 12-14 in Oxfordshire‘s Cornbury Park, will host the charity throughout the weekend, with bands, including the Guillemots, all set to busk onsite in order to raise money for the charity.

Wilderness Festival will feature sets from Antony And The Johnsons, Mercury Rev, Laura Marling, Gogol Bordello, The Low Anthem, Dry The River, Guillemots, Toots and the Maytals, Robyn Hitchcock, CW Stoneking, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble and Hayseed Dixie.

Mercury Rev will be performing the entirety of their 1998 LP ‘Deserter’s Songs’, while there will also be a special joint performance from a number of other acts playing at the festival, which is being put together by cult singer-songwriter Daniel Johnston.
