LA sibling's debut album 'Days Are Gone' is released today (September 30)

Alana from Haim has pledged that she and her sisters will not fall out in public and have an “Oasis moment”.

The LA siblings release their debut album ‘Days Are Gone’ today (September 30) and, in an interview with USA Today, Alana insisted that there was “no drama” in the band and they were likely to enjoy longevity as, unlike the Gallagher brothers, they would avoid public spats in the future.

“There is really no drama. We have been playing in a band since we were, like, five,” she said. “If we were going to fall out and have our Oasis moment, it would have happened 10 years ago. The only time we ever have disagreements is when I want to borrow Danielle’s leather jacket and she doesn’t want to let me. That’s a fight.”

Earlier today, Haim announced details of a spring 2014 UK and Ireland tour, following a sold-out UK and Ireland tour in December. Haim will play:

London Rough Trade East (October 1)
Norwich UEA (December 4)
Birmingham HMV Institute (5)

London HMV Forum (9,10)
Glasgow ABC (12)
