'Harvest Festival' due out next month

Hot Chip‘s Joe Goddard is set to release his “largely instrumental” debut solo album on November 9.

‘Harvest Festival’ will be released on Greco-Roman, the label Goddard runs with Alex Waldron.

On November 18 the Pure Groove record shop in London will be joining forces with Goddard and hosting an all-night event with harvest festival themed activities – including apple bobbing, tug of war and ale tasting – to tie in with the album release.

Goddard‘s bandmate Alexis Taylor released a solo album, ‘Rubbed Out’, last year.
