The electronica group will headline this summer's Green Man Festival

Hot Chip have shared a video teaser for their new album.

Visit Domino Records to view the video, which is titled ‘Why Make Sense?’. The group’s last release was 2012’s ‘In Our Heads’. Their new LP will be their sixth.

Hot Chip will play the BBC 6Music Festival later this month in Tyneside, as well as headlining Green Man Festival this summer. They will join fellow headliner St Vincent and top the bill on the Friday night of the festival, which takes place at Glanusk Park in the Brecon Beacons from August 20-23. St Vincent, meanwhile, will close the festival on the Sunday.

The first lineup announcement also boasts The Wave Pictures, Hookworms, Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve, Sylvan Esso, Waxahatchee, Son Lux, Matthew E White, Owen Pallett, Viet Cong, Steve Gunn, Richard Dawson, Alasdair Roberts, Songhoy Blues, Zun Zun Egui, Jane Weaver, Slug, BC Camplight, Ryley Walker, Trust Fund and Corey Bowen.

Green Man 2014 was headlined by Beirut, Neutral Milk Hotel and Mercury Rev.
