Hear Jack White play acoustic version of ‘Temporary Ground’ from new live DVD

'Acoustic In Alaska' will be available to Third Man Records subscribers

Jack White has shared a live and acoustic version of solo song ‘Temporary Ground’ as part of a preview for his new live album.

In 2015 baseball bat enthusiast White hit the road in America for a run of five acoustic gigs. Tickets for each night cost just $3 with White and his band playing unplugged in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Alaska.

As reported, White is releasing the Idaho show as a live album through Third Man Records’ Vault Package with the concert at Anchorage, Alaska’s Wendy Williamson Auditorium coming out on DVD. A teaser clip from ‘Acoustic In Alaska’ is available to watch below including White and his band’s take on ‘Temporary Ground’ from 2014 album ‘Lazaretto’.

‘Live In Anchorage’ is a DVD recording of his performance at Wendy Williamson Auditorium in Anchorage, Alaska with Third Man Records’ Brad Holland engineering and editing the final film.
