He will play four extra shows in England this November
Jake Bugg has extended his autumn headline tour of the UK.
The singer-songwriter will now play extra shows at Doncaster Dome (November 9), Birmingham O2 Academy (10), Blackpool Empress Ballroom (12) and Manchester O2 Apollo (13).
The tour will kick off at Birmingham BIC on October 19 and include a night at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, on October 23. Tickets for the new shows go on sale March 8 at 9am [GMT].
The dates will follow appearances at Reading and Leeds Festivals, as well as slots supporting The Stone Roses over the summer.
Jake Bugg and One Direction recently had a very public spat, leading Bugg to say at last week’s NME Awards: “I don’t know how they can really be considered a band, though to be honest. I’m not too sure. I think the more I play on it, it’ll wind them up.”
He added: “They’re there to look good. Music-wise? I assume they don’t really have a clue. We’ll just see. They might do. Probably the ugliest one is the best singer. He might know a couple of chords.”
Jake Bugg will play:

Plymouth Pavilions (20)
Brighton Centre (22)
London Brixton O2 Academy (23)
Swindon Oasis (27)
