Jamie T has covered Blur‘s ‘Out Of Time’.

Jamie T has scored seven nominations at this year’s NME Awards with Austin, Texas, which take place on February 18 at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. He’s up for Best Solo Artist, Album of the Year for 2014’s ‘Carry On The Grudge’ and his comeback is in the running for Music Moment Of The Year as well as four more gongs.

Following the ceremony, Jamie T will perform at this year’s 6 Music Festival in Tyneside alongside Royal Blood, The War On Drugs, The Maccabees and Sleater-Kinney.

The Cribs, Django Django, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Hot Chip, Young Fathers, Father John Misty, Kate Tempest, The Fall, Jungle, Lonelady, The Charlatans, Wire, Public Service Broadcasting, Gruff Rhys, King Creosote, Glass Animals, Gaz Coombes, Simian Mobile Disco, Mogwai and British Sea Power will also appear at the three day event, alongside Maximo Park, Jon Hopkins, Ghostpoet and Villagers. The recently reunited Sleater-Kinney make their first UK appearance in 10 years at the event.

Gigs will take place across three nights from February 20 to February 22 at The O2 Academy Newcastle (Friday) and The Sage Gateshead (Saturday and Sunday).
