Johnny Marr has shared the brand new video for his single ‘Hi Hello’ – check out the reflective clip below.

The song is the latest to be released from Marr’s upcoming third solo record ‘Call The Comet’, which is set for release on June 15. The clip for ‘Hi Hello’ follows the recent video for the album’s first single, ‘The Tracers’.

Marr has continued to promote the forthcoming new LP by releasing the video for ‘Hi Hello’ today (May 11). Directed by Marr and Mat Bancroft, the clip sees various shots of Marr performing the song solo in an otherwise empty bandstand – you can see it below.

Speaking to Billboard about ‘Hi Hello’, Marr said: “It was one of the songs that just fell into my hands and mind as I was playing. The tune evoked something natural so I just followed it and it felt like I had to sing something personal, something we might all feel about someone sometime.”

Marr will set out on his latest tour tomorrow (May 12) – you can check out his forthcoming live dates below, and find more information on tickets here.
