Singer's icy relationship with his fans continues
A new online clip shows Justin Bieber turning down a fan’s request for a hug.
The pop singer has made headlines with his icy behaviour towards fans in recent times. Last week, Bieber told a fan that he didn’t want their “shit” gift during a gig, while he previously threw a fan’s present out of a car window. He has also stopped doing fan meet-and-greets, calling them “depressing”.
In this clip (watch below), Bieber is approached in a shop by a fan who spreads her arms, gesturing for a hug. The singer simply replies, “no”, to the fan’s mortified shock.
At the singer’s show in Atlantic City last Friday (July 15) a fan attempted to throw a present – thought to be a hat – onto the stage.
Video footage showed Bieber saying, “Take this moment to listen and try not to give me a hat or whatever you’re trying to throw onto the stage right now, because I probably don’t want that shit.”
He went on to add, “Sorry, that was mean. Sorry for throwing your hat, but you ruined the moment.”
Bieber’s tour reaches the UK in October. Justin Bieber will play the following UK and Ireland dates:
