Both acts join Adele on the line-up
Coldplay and Justin Bieber have been added to the line-up for next year’s Brit Awards.
Both acts will play live at the ceremony, which takes place at The O2 in London on February 24.
Earlier this week Adele was announced as the first live act to perform at next year’s Brit Awards.
The singer, a Brit School graduate, has won three Brit Awards in her career to date, last performing at the ceremony in 2011. 2012’s ceremony famously saw Adele make a middle-finger gesture after host James Corden cut her acceptance speech short.
It was recently announced that the 2016 Brit Award winners will be handed a trophy designed by artist Pam Hogg. Hogg follows in the footsteps of Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin in designing a Brits trophy.
Singer-songwriter Jack Garratt will pick up the Brits Critics’ Choice Award at next year’s event.
Justin Bieber’s ‘Purpose’ world tour arrives in the UK in October 2016 while Coldplay will play a series of stadium shows in the summer. Chris Martin and his band will also play the NFL Super Bowl 2016 on February 7.
