Timberlake released ‘The 20/20 Experience’ – his first new material in six years – on March 19. Its follow-up, ‘The 20/20 Experience – Part 2’, will be released on September 30.
Earlier this week, You Tube confirmed that the NSFW video for Timberlake’s track ‘Tunnel Vision’ will remain on the service. The track was accompanied by a promo which sees the singer’s image projected onto the naked bodies of three female models.
Timberlake also features on Jay-Z’s new album, ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’, which was officially released on Monday (July 8) after being unveiled on July 4 via a special app for Samsung. The pair’s collaboration, titled ‘Holy Grail’, is the first song to be taken from the album and uses lyrics from Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’.
The pair are both set to headline this weekend’s Wireless Festival in London. Both acts will headline individual dates prior to the joint show, with Justin Timberlake headlining the festival tonight (July 12), and Jay-Z closing the Saturday (July 13). The pair will then come together for a special preview of their US tour, titled Legends of the Summer, on Sunday (July 14).
