And it's a spanking new version...
Kaiser Chiefs are re-releasing their debut single early next year.
The Leeds five-piece – who have won the coveted opening slot on the Shockwaves NME Awards Tour – put out a new version of ‘Oh My God’ on February 21 through B-Unique.
A demo version of the track was a limited edition single on the Drowned In Sound label in the spring. Now, it has been re-recorded with Smiths / Blur producer Stephen Street.
The single follows the chart success of debut-proper ‘I Predict A Riot’, and comes with four new tracks across the formats, including live favourite ‘Hard Times Send Me’.
The band are currently deciding whether or not it’s a good idea to include their feted cover of the ‘Red Dwarf’ theme tune.
