The band will tour in support of their singles collection 'Souvenir' early next year
Kaiser Chiefs have announced an extensive UK tour for early 2013.
The band will play 13 shows on the trek, which begins at Carlisle Sands Centre on February 11 and will end at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on March 1.
The run of shows also includes gigs in Glasgow, Dunfermline, Manchester, Bridlington, Newcastle, Preston, Cheltenham, Wolverhampton, Southampton, Margate and Cambridge.
The tour is in support of the band’s new singles collection, ‘Souvenir: The Singles 2004 – 2012’, which features 16 tracks in total, including two brand new tracks ‘Listen To Your Head’ and ‘On The Run’.
The collection also includes material from across the band’s four studio albums and features hit singles ‘Oh My God’, ‘Ruby’, ‘I Predict A Riot’ and ‘Modern Way’. It was released on June 4.
Kaiser Chiefs play this weekend’s Reading And Leeds Festivals.
