Rapper makes his catwalk debut in France at city high school
Kanye West has unveiled his women’s fashion line in France.
The rapper made his Paris Fashion Week debut last night (October 1), launching his new line of ladies underwear, Yeezi.
West branded models with the line’s nameplate jewellery. They also wore zipped pants and black dresses with plunging rectangular necklines, while one of the most noted pieces in the spring-summer collection was a bulky backpack in fox fur, reports Yahoo.com
The rapper appeared briefly on the catwalk at the end of the event, which was staged at a high school in the city, dressed simply in grey jeans and a white T-shirt. 30 Seconds To Mars singer Jared Leto and Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan attended the event.
West, who often makes appearances at the New York Fashion Week, is also set to launch a trainer range under his label in the coming months.
The rapper announced plans to unveil his collection in Paris last month.
