Kanye West premiered his ‘Famous’ video last night (June 24) before a sold-out crowd of 17,000 people at the Forum in Los Angeles.
Whilst the video will be premiering on Sunday (June 26) at 6am on TIDAL, some sneak previews have offered a glimpse into the video’s themes.
Opening on a bed spread, the camera appears to reveal the likes of Taylor Swift, Amber Rose, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, Donald Trump, George W. Bush, Anna Wintour, Ray J, Kim Kardashian West, and Kanye himself. All naked.

Whilst the celebrities themselves look incredibly realistic, Consequence of Sound has revealed that they are in fact, wax figurines. The video’s aesthetic is said to be inspired by Vincent Desiderio’s painting ‘Sleep’.
West’s track ‘Famous’ caused controversy when it was released on his ‘The Life Of Pablo’ album earlier this year because of the lyrics: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that bitch famous.”
The rapper has since defended his lyrics about Taylor Swift, saying he is simply “telling the truth”. Earlier this week it was also announced that West is to headline a new music festival in New York. Titled The Meadows, the event is being hosted by the team behind Governors Ball and will take place at Citi Field in the Queens borough of the city between October 1-2.
