Band will perform in Bridlington prior to appearance at London's Olympic Park
Kasabian have announced details of a small-scale one off live show shortly before they headline this year’s Hard Rock Calling festival.
The band, currently working on new material for their next studio album, will appear at Bridlington Spa in North Yorkshire on Wednesday, June 26. Tickets for the gig will go on sale this Friday (May 10). Scroll down for ticket details. The gig will see Kasabian performing shortly before they join Bruce Springsteen as headliners of this year’s Hard Rock Calling festival.
The festival, which takes place at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London, runs on June 29 and 30 and will see Kasabian headline on the first night. They will be supported by a stellar line-up of acts including Paul Weller, Miles Kane, Kodaline, The Cribs, Klaxons and Tribes.
Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band will then perform on Sunday, June 30, with support coming from The Black Crowes and Alabama Shakes. The gig will mark the return of Bruce Springsteen to Hard Rock Calling one year on from the US singer headlining in 2012 when the power was famously pulled on his headline set during a collaboration with Paul McCartney.
