Rapper wants a closed-casket funeral and separate services for his family and fans
Kid Cudi has unveiled a new poem that appears to outline his personal wishes for after he dies.
The rapper and occasional actor – real name Scott Mescudi – posted a picture of the hand-written piece to Twitter today (May 31). The poem finds Cudi picturing his own demise, revealing that he would like a closed-casket funeral and separate services for his family and fans.
“Send my body to space to be buried on the moon,” he writes before later requested that his father is dug up so they can be buried together. Cudi returned to Twitter shortly after to assert that these are not the lyrics to a song.
The 31-year-old last month used the social network to reveal his new album will be titled ‘Speedin’ Bullet To Heaven’. This will be his fifth LP and follow-up to ‘Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon’, which was released last year.
“My new album is called ‘Speedin’ Bullet To Heaven”. Coming really really soon, so stay in tune,” wrote Cudi. He will also appear in the forthcoming Entourage movie as Ari Gold’s personal assistant.
