Rock The Bells announces dates and venues

Hip hop touring festival kicks off June 27 in Chicago

The dates and venues have been unveiled for this year’s Rock The Bells festival, which will hit 10 cities across the US this summer.

The event will kick off on June 27 at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Chicago and will wrap up at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in San Francisco on August 9.

The Roots, Big Boi, Common and Nas & Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley have all been confirmed for this year’s tour, while KRS-One will join MC Supernatural, Murs and Pete Rock in hosting the event.

House Of Pain are set to reunite, and there will be performances by Talib Kweli and Hi Tek, who are collaborating for the trek.
