KYLIE SUES MAG OVER BREACH OF COPYRIGHT

The Antipodean star claims Cleo used her photograph in a promotion for perfume without her permission...

KYLIE

MINOGUE is suing CLEO magazine for breach of copyright after

the magazine used her photograph, without permission, in a promotion for TOMMY

GIRL perfume.

Minogue‘s

claim, lodged in the Australian Federal Court, says that the magazine had permission to

use a photograph in conjunction with a competition to win concert tickets but that there

was no permission to associate her with the perfume.

According to Ananova, Minogue

is seeking damages from the companies concerned, as well as the destruction of any

remaining pages and a public apology for the distress caused.
