Plus, new high entries for Clean Bandit, James and Paul Weller
Led Zeppelin could have three albums in the Official Album Chart Top Ten this week with the band’s trio of reissues all landing high entries at the midweek point today (June 4).
Official Chart Company data reveals that the band’s first three albums, all of which were reissued this week (June 2) are currently in the Top Ten with their self-titled debut new at Number Four today. It is followed by ‘II’ at ‘III’ at Numbers Seven and Six respectively.
Sam Smith’s ‘In The Lonely Hour’ remains ahead of Coldplay’s ‘Ghost Stories’ in the Number One spot. The final chart will be revealed on BBC Radio 1 this Sunday (June 8).
There are a further nine new entries on this week’s Official Albums Chart Update with Clean Bandit‘s ‘New Eyes’ new at Number Three. Other new entries are due from James (5), Paul Weller (8), Hank Marvin (11), Dame Vera Lynn (13), 50 Cent (16), Moulettes (24), Miranda Lambert (26) and The Midnight Beast (32).
In the Official Singles Chart, Ed Sheeran is currently on course for his first ever Number One single with ‘Sing.’
