Rapper forced to cancel planned tour dates after denial
Lil Wayne has had his application for a UK Visa rejected, according to reports.
The rapper, who was released from prison on November 4 last year after serving time for gun crime, has been forced to cancel a planned promotional visit and European tour dates.
According to Stereoboard, British immigration officials have rejected his Visa application due to his criminal convictions.
He has been forced to cancel gigs including a show at the Marquee venue in Cork, Ireland, which had been set for July 4.
His ninth studio album ‘Tha Carter IV’ is set to be released on May 16.
