HEY, BIZKIT DJ, PUT YA RECORD ON!

Method Man, Fred Durst and ODB will all appear...

Limp

Bizkit’s DJ LETHAL has been working with an array of stars

including Method Man, Dilated

Peoples, Kurupt,

Fred Durst, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and Linkin

Park singer Chester Bennington for a forthcoming solo album.

Method Man’s song is inspired by M’s

‘Pop Muzik’, with the lyric changed to “Let’s talk about

hiphop music”. Durst’s input is found on ‘When It

Rains’, described by Lethal as “Hiphop-meets-Portishead-meets-old-school-rock

vibe.”

Speaking to sonicnet.com, Lethal

said: “I’m just trying to cover all areas – I’ve got the underground hiphop,

overground hiphop, underground rock, overground rock. The thing that’s going to

set it apart is me – my beats… This is definitely the future of DJ

Lethal.”

The album, as yet untitled, is pencilled for release next February or March on

Lethal’s own Lethal Dose label.
