DURST WANTS TO GO ALL DAY

Fred Durst's station will concentrate on music and sport...

Limp Bizkit frontman FRED DURST is said to be launching a 24 hour a day cable television channel specialising in music and sport.

The multi-faceted singer – who already this year has been working on a screenplay with David ‘Seven’ Fincher – is said to have raised at least a six-figure sum towards the project.

A spokesperson for the band confirmed the news this afternoon (September 4) but was unable to reveal any further details of how close to a possible launch the station actually was.

As revealed last week on nme.com, Limp Bizkit‘s forthcoming album ‘Chocolate Starfish And The Hotdog Flavored Water’, due for release on October 16 through Interscope, features guest appearances from Stone Temple PilotsScott Wieland and actor Ben Stiller.
