Fred Durst says he doesn't like playing to fans who are sitting down
Limp Bizkit have cancelled their entire US tour, saying they want to play different venues than the ones they initially booked.
Although the tour was due to start on July 3 in New Jersey, frontman Fred Durst Tweeted that the band will be rescheduling the dates in order to play at more appropriate venues.
“Basically, Limp is not an amphitheatre band,” Durst wrote. “We like to see less seats in front of the stage and more floor filled with fans going bananas. It’s just more fun for all of us that way. Some bands are meant to be seen mainly sitting down, but definitely not Limp Bizkit. We want to give you the best experience possible so we will reroute to the venues we feel will work the best. High energy , good times. We want you to have the best.”
Limp Bizkit are also due to play Reading And Leeds Festivals this August.
