Singer lashes out against Republican candidate during show
Madonna has banned US Republican Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin from attending her concerts.
The singer made the statement during a gig in Meadowlands, New Jersey on Saturday (October 4), reports Contactmusic.
“Sarah Palin can’t come to my party,” Madonna announced during the show. “Sarah Palin can’t come to my show. It’s nothing personal.”
She added: “Here’s the sound of Sarah Palin‘s husband’s snowmobile when it won’t start,” before making a screeching noise.
The singer’s current ‘Sticky And Sweet’ tour features video footage of Republican Presidential candidate John McCain alongside images of starving children and global destruction.
