MANIC STREET PREACHERS are to play a charity show at the LONDON KING’S CROSS SCALA.

The band, who headlined last weekend’s Carling Weekend Festivals in Reading and Leeds (August 24-26), will appear at the intimate London venue on September 12. The show will be filmed, and broadcast on Channel 4 at a later date.

Tickets, priced £25, are currently on sale via the official Manics website, www.manics.co.uk.

£5 from the ticket price will be donated to Amnesty International, which is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary.

Stereophonics appear at the same venue the night before (September 11).
