The star is expected to plead guilty when he faces the court soon...

Marilyn Manson‘s ongoing court battle over charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct is finally expected to end within a month.

Earlier this week, (May 6) an Oakland County, Michigan judge refused to remove another judge from the assault case. Rochester District Judge Julie Nicholson, of the 52nd District Court, had been asked by the prosecution team to disqualify Clarkston District Judge Gerald McNally, arguing he showed bias towards the defence.

Marilyn Manson is expected to plead guilty to charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct when he appears in Clarkston District Court on June 14.

The star is accused of rubbing his genital against the head of a security guard during a concert at DTE Energy Music Theater in Michigan last July. More serious charges of criminal sexual conduct were reduced last December.
