The star is accused of battery and causing emotional distress by "gyrating his hips" against the guard's head...
A second security guard is to sue Marilyn Manson for alleged battery and emotional distress.
According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune newspaper, David M. Diaz of Anoka County claims Marilyn Manson took hold of his head, and “proceeded to gyrate his hips” against it when he was acting as a security guard at one of the star’s shows at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis (October 27).
As a result, Diaz, who is suing for $75,000 in damages, claims to have “endured ridicule and shame” following the incident. A court date is currently unconfirmed.
A UK spokesperson for Marilyn Manson was unaware of the allegations.
As previously reported on NME.COM, Manson has pleaded not guilty to a similar charge stemming from allegations that he assaulted a security guard at a show in Michigan last July.
