MARILYN MANSON‘s court appearance on a charge of criminal sexual misconduct and sexual assault has been delayed, according to US press sources.
As previously reported on NME.COM, Manson has pleaded not guilty to the charge stemming from allegations that he assaulted a security guard at a Detroit show last July.
The trial was due to take place this coming Friday (November 9), according to US music website, www.launch.com. However, that has now been postponed to December 7 following a request by Manson‘s attorneys. The trial is set to take palace at the 52nd District Court in Clarkston, Michigan.
A UK spokesperson for the star is currently unavailable.
