The court hears from an ex-employee who claimed he saw the singer engage in inappropriate behaviour with a young boy over a decade ago...
A former Neverland employee testified on Thursday (April 7) he witnessed Michael Jackson engage in inappropriate behaviour with a young boy over a decade ago.
Ralph Chacon, an ex-security guard for the complex, who previously lost a wrongful termination lawsuit against the singer for $1.4, testified he saw the pop star perform oral sex on a pre-teen boy in the 1990s.
Chacon said he witnessed the incident involving the youth, who later received a 23 million dollar pay out from the star, through a bathroom window, Reuters reports.
Michael Jackson’s attorney, Thomas Mesereau Jr then accused the ex-Neverland employee of fabricating the story to get back at the pop star when he lost the lawsuit he’d filed.
