The Atlanta hip-hop trio will release their latest LP on Friday (January 26), which follows a year on from their Grammy-nominated second studio album ‘Culture’.

Migos have previewed the release of ‘Culture II’ by sharing two of its tracks already – the Pharrell-produced ‘Stir Fry’ and the Nicki Minaj and Cardi B-featuring ‘Motor Sport’ – and have now released a third song, ‘Supastar’.

The release of ‘Culture II’ has been somewhat tarnished by an ongoing row over a “homophobic” lyric used by Migos members Offset.

Offset was recently criticised for lyrics which featured in his YFN Lucci collaboration, ‘Boss Life’. The track saw Offset rap the lines: “60K solitaire / I do not vibe with queers / I got the heart of a bear / I bust ‘em down by the pair”.

Offset’s fiancé Cardi B came to his defence over the weekend, with the Bronx rapper remarking: “I’m not going to let somebody call him ‘homophobic’ when I know that he’s not, and I’m saying this because I seen him… around gays, and he treats them with the same respect he treats everybody.”
