Miles Kane announces new album release date and UK tour plans

'Don't Forget Who You Are' will come out on June 3 supported by 11 shows

Miles Kane is set to release his second solo LP ‘Don’t Forget Who You Are’ on June 3.

The LP was produced by The Lightning Seeds frontman Ian Broudie, who has previously worked with The Zutons and Echo And The Bunnymen.

Kane will support the release of the album with 11 UK tour dates, kicking off on May 4 at Holmfirth Picturehouse. He will launch the record with a special show at London’s Dingwalls on June 7. Tickets go on sale April 5.

The singer recently described the new record as “big, positive and upbeat” and compared the album’s sound to that of his old single ‘Inhaler’.

He added: “That was sort of the blueprint, to make this real upbeat, heavy, catchy album. That’s what I’ve done. I can’t wait for it to get out there.”
