November release features gig footage shot in US
Mumford and Sons have confirmed that they will release a live DVD titled ‘Road To Red Rocks’ in November.
‘The Road To Red Rocks’ will be released on November 26 and features exclusive footage of the band’s shows at Red Rocks in Colorado filmed in August this year. The DVD also includes documentary footage filmed as the band toured America as part of their Gentlemen on the Road tour this Summer. You can see a trailer for the DVD below.
A deluxe edition of the DVD, ‘The Road To Red Rocks Special Edition’ will subsequently be released on December 10. This package will come complete with a deluxe version of number one album ‘Babel’, the DVD, a vinyl edition of ‘The Road To Red Rocks’ DVD, and a 96-page book telling the story of the band’s Gentlemen of the Road tour.
Mumford and Sons recently hit the headlines when it was confirmed that a comedy magician will be supporting them on their UK tour this November. Piff the Magic Dragon will open for the band on the first stretch of their ‘Tour of Two Halves’ dates.
