My Chemical Romance unsure if ‘Killjoys’ alter egos will return

Gerard Way speaks about video possibilities

My Chemical Romance have said that they are unsure if their ‘Killjoy’ alter egos will return for their next video.

Frontman Gerard Way said he was undecided whether the characters from their album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’ would make an appearance in their forthcoming ‘Bulletproof Heart’ clip. The band’s video for single ’Sing’ saw their Killjoy personas gunned down (scroll down to see the clip below).

Speaking to MTV, Way said: “We’re not definitely sure yet if it’s going to go back to that world.

“Actually, I think that’s almost cooler to stretch it out as long as we can, because, again, the story is so not important.”

Way added: “I like a gap (in the story); I think it should be a gap. And then I think that when you get that final part, when the right song comes along, I don’t know that it’ll make perfect sense. It’s not supposed to.”

The band have previously called the ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’ album, their ‘last big adventure’.
