A member of NELLY FURTADO‘s management team has been arrested on tour in Canada, after allegedly talking about hijacking a flight – just before boarding a plane.
According to this morning’s Toronto Sun newspaper (April 27), 33-year-old Richard Hagan was arrested and charged with mischief, after allegedly talking about hijacking a plane before boarding a Royal Airlines flight to Toronto at Winnipeg airport. The flight was delayed as a result of the arrest.
A UK spokesperson for the singer confirmed to NME.COM this morning that Hagan was a travelling member of staff with the singer.
