Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds perform on TV show ‘Austin City Limits’ – watch

Band combined tracks from their latest album with older numbers

Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds‘ appearance on US TV live music series Austin City Limits aired last night (November 1) with the band performing a nine song career-spanning set.

Among the tracks played were three selections from the group’s 2013 album ‘Push The Sky Away’, as well as signature numbers ‘Red Right Hand’ and ‘From Her to Eternity’. Click below to watch the performance.

Other artists to appear on the long-running show recently include Beck, Nine Inch Nails and Tweedy.

Cave is set to perform a series of gigs in the UK this April and May as part of a wider European tour. The shows are billed as solo performances but will also feature a backing band comprised of Bad Seeds Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey, Thomas Wydler and Barry Adamson.
