We're looking for a new reporter...
Where’s Pete Doherty‘s next secret gig? What makes the release of Damon Albarn‘s next album unique? What’s the difference between news online and offline? If you know the answers to these questions then you could be NME‘s new News Reporter.
We’re looking for an ambitious, self-starting individual to help deliver NME‘s world-beating music news service. The successful candidate will be equally at home breaking of-the-minute news stories on NME.COM, securing artist exclusives face-to-face, providing insightful comment and analysis on the magazine pages and will have an interest in producing their own audio and video reports for NME Radio, NME TV and NME.COM.
If you think you can cut it at forefront of music news journalism then send us your CV, a covering letter stating why you want to work for NME and three news story ideas that could work for NME immediately – with details of how the story could work both on and offline.
To apply send the above to firstname.lastname@example.org with reporter in the subject line, by June 6.
