More big names join Download bill

The metal bash starts to take shape

A host of big name acts have been confirmed to join headliners Metallica at this year’s Download Festival.

Korn, Deftones and Clutch join a bill which already includes The Prodigy, Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine.

As previously announced on NME.COM, the rock festival returns for its’ fourth year at Donington Park over the weekend of June 9-11. Last year’s event saw over 80,000 people watching more than 100 acts during the whole weekend over four stages.

As well as the music, the entertainment onsite will include cinemas, internet cafes, markets, performance art and skateboarding.

More bands are expected to be announced soon.
