Sasha shares Nigel Godrich collaboration ‘Bring on the Night-time’ from forthcoming album

The renowned DJ has teamed up with the Radiohead producer for a song

Sasha has shared a new collaboration with Nigel Godrich, titled ‘Bring on the Night-time’.

The Radiohead producer’s band Ultraísta feature on the track, which will appear on Sasha’s forthcoming new album ‘Scene Delete’.

“About three years ago, my collaborators David Gardner and ThermalBear and I wrote a song called ‘Bring On The Night’,” said Sasha in a press release.

“I sent it to Ultraista and within a few days she sent it back with this amazing vocal on, with Nigel Godrich playing keyboards. We tried to do club mixes but we just couldn’t get it right. So it sat there doing nothing.”

‘Scene Delete’, due to be released this Friday (April 1) on Late Night Tales, is comprised of 21 original productions by the DJ. It was inspired by what Sasha calls “post-minimalist modern classical” music like Nils Frahm and Brian Eno.

Nigel Godrich has recently been working with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on new music.

The rock band’s drummer Chad Smith posted a picture of himself and Godrich in a studio on Twitter.

Earlier this year, Godrich was revealed to have played a Stormtrooper in the latest Star Wars film.
