St Albans band are gearing up for album number three

Enter Shikari have announced that they will release the first single from their third album on September 20.

The track, which is titled ‘Snakepit’, will be the first song taken from the album, which the St Albans quartet recorded earlier this year in Thailand.

The album, which is currently without a title, has been produced by Young Guns knob twiddler Dan Weller and is due out later this year.

The band have recently confirmed that both of their recent singles ‘Quelle Surprise’ and ‘Destabilise’ will not feature on their third album, despite initially saying that they planned to include both on the release.

Enter Shikari tour the UK in October, playing a total of 16 shows, with support from rising hardcore bands Your Demise and letlive..

The band are also confirmed to appear alongside the likes of Young Guns and Charlie Simpson on ‘Love Music, Hate Violence’, a new compilation to raise money for record labels affected by the consequences of the fire which destroyed the Sony DADC warehouse.
