Enter our competition and play with Arcade Fire and Pulp in Serbia this summer

NME is looking for the UK’s best unsigned act – and we’re going to provide them with a big break by offering them the chance to play with the likes of Arcade Fire, Pulp and MIA at Serbia’s EXIT festival this summer.

We’ve teamed up with EXIT and Soundcloud for the NME Play At Exit competition to find the best unsigned band in the country. The winning artist or band will get to play live on one of the stages at EXIT 2011 on July 7–10, as well as getting access to the VIP and press areas.

To enter, you need to create a profile for your act on Soundcloud and upload the track you think will most impress the judges, then go to the EXIT website and click on NME Play At EXIT competition.

Once you’ve entered, make sure you share the link for the competition page – exitmusic.tv/nmecomp – and get as many people as possible to vote by liking your track, as the 25 acts with the most votes will go through to the final round.

The top 25 acts will be revealed on June 1 on NME.COM, so today’s your last day to enter before NME’s new New Music Editor Matt Wilkinson chooses the winner.
