‘The Prayer’ holds The Long Blondes off the top

Bloc Party have topped the NME Chart tonight (January 14) for a second week with ’The Prayer’.

The track has kept The Long Blondes off the top spot – they’re are at Number Two with ’Giddy Stratospheres’.

The three new entries on the chart are Biffy Clyro with ’Semi Mental’at Number Eight, The Enemy with ’It’s Not OK To Be A Slave’ at Number Nine and The Gossip with ’Jealous Girls’ at Number Ten.

Will Bloc Party be able to hold onto the top spot for a third week when CSS come back with ’Off The Hook’ or will Enter Shikari gone pole position with ’Anything Can Happen In The Next Half Hour’?
