STROKES TOP NME CHART

I'm sure we've said that before...

THE STROKES have reclaimed the top spot from WOLFMAN AND PETER DOHERTY this week in what’s shaping to be the fiercest NME CHART battle since… oh… the last time THE STROKES were in the countdown.

Elsewhere, like some kind of crazy rock and roll bouncy castle things are going up and down all over the place with Mars Volta shooting up (not literally – legal Ed), Ash sliding down, [/a] down, [a] up, as well as The Beta Band up with The Killers.

Also this week sees [a][/a] and The Ordinary Boys pay their 50p and take their shoes off to join in the inflatable fun.
