The former Oasis musician might also be collaborating with Rudimental
Noel Gallagher has revealed plans for a new remix EP.
The former Oasis musician’s new solo album ‘Chasing Yesterday’ will be released in March, with Gallagher now discussing a possible accompanying short-player.
“Andy Weatherall has done one [remix] already,” Gallagher told Q. “A guy who used to be in the Psychonauts called Pablo who goes under the name of Toy Drum, he’s done one. Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve have done something and I’m speaking to Massive Attack. There are a few things going on. There might be a remix EP coming out sooner or later. It’s all up in the air at the moment.”
When told that Rudimental recently stated that they’d like to collaborate with the guitarist in the future, Gallagher replied: “Really? That’s amazing! I’m flattered they’ve even heard of me. Well give them my office number.”
Gallagher’s new album ‘Chasing Yesterday’ will be released on March 2.
Meanwhile, Noel Gallagher will appear on Match Of The Day 2 as a pundit this weekend. Gallagher will line-up alongside regular pundits Jermaine Jenas and Mark Lawrenson on the show, which is hosted by Mark Chapman.
In his role as guest pundit Gallagher will front a feature on the match between his beloved Manchester City and Newcastle as well as talking about the big games from Sunday, including Spurs v West Ham, Everton v Leicester and Southampton v Liverpool.
