Band working on follow-up to their 2013 self-titled LP
Paramore have shared photos online of what appears to be the band working on their new album in a home studio set-up.
The band’s next record will be their fifth album since forming in 2004 and the follow-up to their 2013 self-titled LP.
In December of last year, bassist Jeremy Davis announced that he had left the band, with singer Hayley Williams and guitarist Taylor York outlining their intentions to continue as a two-piece.
In January, Williams revealed that the band were beginning work on their next album. The singer told fans via Twitter that at that stage Paramore were writing the album.
Over the past couple of months, Williams has been documenting the band’s progress on the album by uploaded several photos to Twitter. See those below.
In February, Williams married her longtime boyfriend and New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert. The pair had been dating since 2008.
Meanwhile, Paramore joined Chvrches onstage at the pop-punk band’s own Parahoy! cruise, which sailed from Miami to Cozumel in Mexico during March.
