Paramore singer Hayley Williams has revealed that the band are working on their next album, what will be the follow-up to their 2013 self-titled LP.
In December of last year, bassist Jeremy Davis announced that he had left the band, with Williams and guitarist Taylor York outlining their intentions to continue as a two-piece.
While Williams cast doubt on the immediate future of the pop-punk band last year, stating that she had “no idea what is next” for the group, the singer has now told fans via Twitter that Paramore are “writing” their next album.
The record will be the group’s fifth album since forming in 2004. See Williams’ tweet below.

Davis’ recent departure is not the first exit the band have experienced, with brothers Josh and Zac Farro departing in 2010.
Josh Farro recently confirmed to NME that he is back on speaking terms with his former bandmates but has ruled out ever rejoining the group.
Paramore’s first live appearance without Davis will be on their PARAHOY cruise, which takes place in March.
